We hope you are utterly happy with our products and services, but if you want an exchange or a refund please return the garments within 14 days of purchase, unused, unworn, with attached labels, tag, including original packaging and with a completed returns form.

We recommend you post the parcel with Royal Mail and obtain free certificate of posting. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. Shipping costs will be refunded only in case of a faulty item.
